On Sunday, December 14, 2025, we hosted a Barrel Top Tasting at HEDONISM WINES, a luxury spirits retailer in Mayfair, London.
We had the pleasure of introducing RYU Junmai Daiginjo 720ml to many customers, who enjoyed tasting it on site.
The pairing with British cheeses such as Stilton was extremely well received, perfectly complementing RYU’s fruity and clean profile.
